| Its is about dealing with the choices you have made, and how you have to live with them on a daily basis. "vicious 'cause you want to be leaving time posessed to please you" This is the perception that the other person is being very mean and vicious because they know they can be and get away with it, and how they take advantage of their accomidating nature. "you're better off saying nothing wish for a happy ending" This is about pushing down your unhappiness. This is about not putting up a fight about your situation. This is about giving up, and accepting your fate with a bitter heart. This song is sad because its about some one who is trapped and have stopped struggling to get out. | |

| there's so much great music in the world. it's so hard to pick an all-time favorite song. but this is definately it for me. it makes me cry. but not because of the words - which are beautiful, by the way - but because of the sound. the music. the feeling of it. this song brings back feelings of so many different things. i don't listen to it much but it's constantly running through my head. like it's haunting me. when i listen to it, it's usually on headphones with the volume all the way up and my eyes closed tight. so that the only thing i am experiencing is this song. maybe that makes me crazy. but if so, i don't want to be sane.... | |
