	Yes it's a very sad song... Ozzy doesn't foretell the future as much as he sees the passed repeating itself as he states in this song.. "Looking back in history's books it seems it's nothing new" I can tell you right now Ozzy is an amazing individual who is taken very wrong most of the time. His image doesn't help.. But I think he wants people to see what he means by what he is saying, and not how he looks BUT thats just what I think.

	a great song ! to me...it's not how fast you move your fingers up and down the fret board of a guitar...it's feeling and emotion of how well the song is written and played that matters to me. it's insane to think that ozzy can fortell the future !
