| Bloody awesome song about Aleister Crowley. Go Ozzy, Go Randy, Go other dudes in the band (sorry, I forgot your names). Crowley was the most notorious occultist ever. He did tons of conjuring, black magic, kabala, and all that shit as well as tons of drug and sex. He was called 666 and the wickedest man in the world. | |

| Okee anyways I think I figured out what this was about.. I's about this man named Aliester Croweley, and he was a British practioner of black magick in the early 1900's. When Crowley was born they scattered the afterbirth because he had a birthmark shaped like a swastika. Ozzy sings about it in the line "They scattered the afterbirth." Ozzy's album Diary Of A Madman is named after Crowley's autobiography. When he mentions a white horse that is a drug reference because Mr. Crowley was a known user of opium. Okee, well thas all I know about this one.:) | |

| hey muzzy, beinga guitarist myself, and able to play both crazy train and mr. crowley, crazy train is clearly the better choice for the higher vote. and as fa as randy as the greatest guitarist of all time, i would put him in the top ten, yes, but even ozzy himself, after hearing zakk's audition/demo tapes after randy's death, said that zakk was BETTER tahn randy. and taht was at the age of 19 for zakk wylde, and he only picked up his first guitar at age 14. so you tell me who is better... | |

| Ya I couldn't beleive that Guitar World voted the "Crazy Train" solo over this one, I mean they are both good but it's no contest if you ask me. | |

| "after hearing zakk's audition/demo tapes after randy's death, said that zakk was BETTER tahn randy." thats a blatant lie, let me guess you have no source for that. thats becuase its a lie. and it wasnt technically Judas Priest that did the cover of this song, it was Tim Ownens with Yngwie Malmsteen | |

| I agree a lot with Mokushi....the Judas Priest version is a lot better because of the quality of the sound, JUDAS's vocalists gives intensity to this song that Ozzy will never be able to pull off. Even though you all think that Randy Roades and Zakk Wylde are great, well you should know that the Priest's version is played by the greatest guitarist: Yngwie Malmsteen. | |

| aleister crowley was pretty nuts, i don't remember any facts or anything from what i've read but he was known as the wickedest man in the world. i also remember that he thought he was a reincarnation of another man who died on the date of his birth or something along those lines who was a magician and shit as well. also, crowley had a girl or something that went into a trance or something and told him to go to this museum in egypt and idk something crazy happened or something. blah blah blah, etc, sick song. | |

| Wow. DarkSideoftheWall, you're making fun of people for being wrong then being wrong yourself. Aliester Crowley didn't create the Thelemic Cult, he joined it and eventually took over. | |
