| this song is so freakin awesome, along with any of their others! OLP is the only band out there that speaks with meaning and plays with feeling, I recently saw them in my hometown of Columbia, SC and they rocked, also meeting Jeremy after the show and seeing how damn sincere he is makes me love these guys even more!! | My favorite line is "a piece of string That reminds you not to think" cause people tie strings around their finger to "think" and remember something...but he's using it so it reminds them not to think. Going along with the suiside thing, I think it's saying that she's not taking the time to think about how important life really is, and the only conclusion she thinks there is, is one that's just on the top of her head: suicide. well plz comment on this and if you think its right or not | |

'hes' tryin to be there for a close friend of sorts but that person wants more and hes tellin them that im not a hero, im not superman "im not made of steel" but ill be here for you, ill help you... to me the person is breaking down and he is trying to help them, "i found the note down in your car" and "you climbed up here to fall apart" | |

| I kind of agree with UEDKhadgar on this one. I think the song is about a girl who is very depressed, to the point of suicide("I found the note down in your car, and it's not your fault it gets this hard"). And he's telling her that while he's not "made of steel" and can't solve all of her problems, he will be there to listen to her("But your sectret's safe with me") and he supports her("hold your head high, don't back down, I'm by your side"). I think it's just about a guy reassuring his girl that he's going to be there for her, now matter what she goes through. | |

| This song restores my faith and makes me feel like I'm not alone. I think Raine is basically singing about he'll be there unconditionally for a close friend or girlfriend, but he's not Superman or invincible and he can only do so much, yet he's willing to do all that he can to help heal this person's pain and hopes that it's enough. | |

| First of all this song is awsome THis song is about a friend who is on the verge of killing themselves and its sort of a plee to them that its not worth it and that your there to help them through it no matter what He reassures the person that you can tell them anythin and by saying im not made of steal its saying that im only human and i might not be everythinm you want but ill still be there for you.
