I thought it was about suicide. That the pills to get rid of the pain just arn't enough, you need something more permanate to get rid of the pain.

I think it's about how people want an easy fix, a temporary solution to a problem that's not really going to be solved so easy

This song talks about over-the-counter medicine. Raine is singing about how it is easy to just become an addict to these medicines. Gotta love it!

Wyndrake is right. Medicines are used for quick-fixes, especially for feeling really sad and depressed. You take medicines instead of trying to find happiness yourself. Radiohead calles them "Prozac Painkillers" in the song "bones"

i love clumsy and spiritual machines and naveed! The new cd is okay, but old stuff is muchos better. Anyways, I like this song, cause everybody wants something to make them better now, like medicine, drugs, whatever, and how its so easy to become dependent on these things.

This is one of my favourite songs. Everyone is into the new our lady peace but clumsy in my opinion is their best album.
