Name: Antonio Maiorano
Tabs: Our Lady Peace - "Thief"
This is probably one of Our Lady Peace's best
songs. I've spent a lot of time figuring out
the chords, and matching them up perfectly with
the lyrics. The lyrics should also be perfect
because I changed them to match what Raine
actually sings during the song. If there are
any mistakes/ammendments to make, please let
me know!
Enjoy!

| This is one of the best OLP songs. When I first heard it, I thought it was about somebody who was dying. My first reaction was that they were going crazy, thus the thief that lives inside of your head. A brain tumor didnt even occur to me. My favorite line is "I can be some courage at the side of your bed" It's saying how, even though they can't really do anything at all, they can still offer courage to get through it. It's such a beautiful song, but pretty much all of OLP's songs are | |

| I really like how OLP's vidoe to this song isn't about what they think- they leave it to us to have the immagination! | |

| This song is absolutely beautiful. Just the chords and interpicking and everything changing. Rayne's voice is just perfect, and the feel of the song is breathtaking. Although this song is about a brain tumour, it can be about any illness that is causing pain and suffering to someone. I know someone with Depression who has tried taking her life several times and this song still fits with it. It is a stunning song and the video is perfect. Its almost like, the feeling you get when something like this is happening...its just amazing. This song should have blasted this band to fame, because it is a masterpiece. | |
