| It reminds me of hidden messages in human brains. It's like trying to tell yourself the other person won't be back, but secretly waiting. Denial. And dissapointment. Blind hope. | |

| This is a great song! it reminds me of my ex. We broke up 6 months ago, but I'm still waiting around for him. I love him but I can't understand why I'm still here. He said we'd always be friends...guess he lied. | |

| this song is about believing people you hang around with are your friends because thats all you really want. your 'friends' dont care for you but your too dumb to take notice of this. you force yourself to be proud of them, but in the end your just going to be hurt from waiting for too long. | |

| I just read the comment about my last and I agree that last bit she (I'm assuming) said..at the end "well I must have been bored and knocked down," at this point in the song I think it's him reflecting on his behavior and pov. He thinks he must have had nothing better to do and depressed anyway and he projected it all into this absolute devotion to this person. | |

| this song is about a relationship I had/have with a wonderful girl. I missed the first chance I had with her, and she never knew I was in love with her, so for four years I waited on her to give me a second chance. We are happily dating now. The song is totally about falling in love and finally getting another chance. | |

| I always figured this song was about a girl that some guy couldn't get over and just keeps waiting for, even though she's not coming back. | |

| This song is crazy good to me. Makes me think of the fact that I was in love once, but it ended, and I was waiting for it all to come back and start again. It never happened. And I was too dumb to say anything. | |

| it happened to me thinking i had a good friend, and then figure out he wouldn't do the things i'd do for him; when you're waiting for something from your friend; thinking he can't forget, trusting him, and then when you realize he doesn't care for you as much as you do for him; then you're all alone, thinking that once again you've been stupid enough to trust him, thinking you haven't been proud enough to think of yourself first. this song shows there's also love, trust and blindness in friendship. I'd give anything to my friends, and i'd wait for them, i don't mind how desapointed i could be; maybe there's at least one of them who'd do the same for me. | |

| This song is a good song, if you have been dumped or walked out on. Words are so powerful, and when someone does walk out on you. You are to believe, that you need a explanation on what happened. I love this song, and love the lyrics. "Because I waited....waited" for someone to come up these lyrics...cause I can't sing...lol | |
