	to add to my last comment, a medicine man is the healer of a tribe(any tribe) every tribe has a "medicine man". this song probably means how the "man" messed up and didn't heal him.(thats my intrepertation

	About the song dealing with drugdealers, if you have a look at the thank-you-list on the CfH-album, you'll notice a lot of people being nicknamed. I don't have the album here, but there is one person named "First nam 'Medicine Man' Last name".
