| After much consideration, I think of this song as a strong statement to a girl that was once romantic with him, but before they ever were together, they were friends. He is saying to her, I am ok now, I am fine, but will you be ok? He is worried if she is ok, but he is realizing at the same time it doesn't matter. Kind of a last call for the reinstatement of their friendship...or something. It also holds general themes of life regarding not being able to know everything. One of my favorite songs, very well written. | |

| this is one of my favorite songs and PMB is great especially since i live in richmond and thats where they started out from so theyre always here playing shows.i first read the lyrics to this song when i got the cd revel and its meaning is just all there in the words. to me hes just saying to this girl hey buddy um this life here and the world doesnt revolve around you,but at the same time hes like well shes noticing that no one likes her so why dont you just come around | |

| I love this song, easily one of Pat's best. Could never really figure out the meaning to this song but now carefully reading thr lyrics its kinda making more sense. To me i guess its a vulnerability of someone. Coming to realize that you can never really know everything, life always has lessons to be learned. "hey rebecca this is your pilot speaking and your about to land" to me means that hey its about time you get off your high horse that you've put yourself on and join the rest of us. you can never know everything and thats just life. | |
