By far one of the best PJ songs, not surprised Ten made it so big, partly due to this... I always thought it was about an alone drug-addict who is dragging himself lower and lower, that he can't pull himself out of it...

I seriously think this should have been a hit. It rocks hard, is catchy, and has some great guitar work by McCready. Instead of releasing Oceans as a single, this and Why Go(maybe Release) should have been released. Oceans is good, it's just that it doesn't appeal to many casual fans.

I don't think there's any real heaven hell reference in this song. He's just saying an uptown girl came down to the streets. Maybe a suburbanite come to score some pot or something. This guy has sex with her, essentially rape, but I don't think it's by force. I think he does it through basically extortion. She does it because she has to.
