	"God's Dice" I think refers to the chance that's involved when each of us were created. Synapsis is the process where crossing over of the genes occurs, which is a big part of the variety in you, and what traits you aquire. I guess it's about how it's just chance that you turn out the way you do, and the way the people important to you turn out.
