| I think Sarsbo is right. At least that's what I think of when I hear it. It is like he is telling the woman he loves that he loves her but realizes it is not possible for them to be together. Therefore his only alternative is to find someone just like her to love. His songs are so honest and emotional I just love them. It is like he pours his life out for us to relate to. | |

| Pete sings with everything he has. I love him as an artist. He is truthful with his emotions and this song is about a girl he's in love with. Love is a huge thing and he's never been in true love before. | I think this song is about the girl that he loves, but cannot have. He is saying that someday...he'll find someone just like this girl, and then he'll be happy. But he can't be happy now because he can't have the girl he loves. But someday he'll fall in love with someone else, but he wants that girl to be just like the one he loves now. I love all of Pete Yorn's songs, but this one is my personal favorite. | |
