| i love this song. it kinda reminds me of harry potter and cho chang in the 5th book. i mean until cho turns out to be a total slut. but harry always does stupid things or freezes up when cho goes by... yet he still gets that feeling when he sees her... the "clenching stomach" feeling. haha well thats what this song is to me... | |

| i can definately relate to this song. its such a happy catchy song yet i still feel sad and this one time when i thought the guy i liked left i fully just balled and for some weird reason i listen to sad music to help me get over it. so like dashboard confessional and phantom planet. like lonely day is a good one. loll. but uhh yeah. even though its like a happy catchy song. itll still make me cry. i feel that spilling out my emotions helps me get over shit easier. oh and i soon found out the guy didnt leave and i felt like the biggest nob. loll. peace. oh and wtf was with that harry potter shit? loll \ | |

| this is an incredibly catchy song that i always have people ask me about when i play it at parties. plus it's kinda becoming the song for the guy i'm dating and me. although i think it's more of a faraway obsession that's talked about in this song than someone he knows very well. | |

| I think it's about someone who he kind-of knows, and is madly in love with. But she just sees him as a friend. Go check out "Guitar And Video Games" by Sunny Day Real Estate. | |

| This song is so cute. I wish a guy sent this song to me. It's almost too catchy to listen to every day, because it will get in your head and not get out. But somehow, I always find myself listening to it randomly. It's a good song, though, so it's alright. (haha, harry potter... wow, you make me laugh. thankies for brightening my day.) | |

| I think it's about a guy who loves a girl but he can't bring himself to go get her to talk to him. I can totally relate and he's just talking about what it's like to be shy and scared of the opposite sex. Then she turns away and he can't stare at her beautiful eyes anymore. | |

| brilliant song. i think you can take this to be about any kind of unrequited love. whether it's the girl you can't get the courage to talk to, or the one who "just wants to be friends". personally i like to think of it as being the latter, but it can be interpreted either way. | |

| this song is the story of my life. well, take out the girl and put guy. It's simply about a guy who sees a girl all the time, but he's probably never talked to her. Yet he loves her, and he can't bring himself to say anything. I love phantom planet | |

| Such a great song and a great band. Too bad a show like the OC had to come along. Now great bands like Phantom PLanet and the Killers are associated with crappy TV. Well I guess it is fitting since Phantom Planet is all models and actors and what not. But I can definitely relate to this song. There is this absolutely gorgeous girl that works at the gym I go to and I feel the same way about her. Last week I bought an under armour shirt and she started talking to me a little (about where I went to school and stuff). And I just couldn't do more than just answer ('If I could think blink, if I could breathe, If I could get my legs to move.') | |

| Man, I love this song. It happens to me all the time Everybody in this place get up and move away For all I care this towns already dead and empty Everytime I saw this girl I like, someone always has to come along (most of the time it si some tool I dislike), and I just wish everyone would go away. Also, everyone else becomes so insignificant, it does feel like the town is empty I also love the "If i COULD BLINK IF i COULD BREATHE) bit, because it describes me so well. IF I could just be myself around her, she might fall for me! BTW, the UK version (Alex Greenwald mix) is WAY BETTER!!! | |

| When I listen to this song, i think of this girl that I like, and like someone said above, it's about more of a faraway obsession than a girl i know very well. I've known her for a couple of weeks, but i really like her, and i constantly think about her. This song is about that girl, and how he can't do anything about his feelings because he doesn't know her that well, and all he can do is hope. | |
