| I agree with OHdesolation. This song is amazing! Why hasn't anyone commented on it? I think the song is about the King's depression at the mundane life he leads. I think it shows that life is dull and boring for many people (even for someone as powerful as the King). Life is going on around him, but he refuses to participate. The words of the wise man do not motivate him. The jesters jokes don't make him laugh. He takes no pride in his daughter's beauty and good intentions. It's kinda sad, but true nonetheless. | |
