| I know someone is going to dispute this with me and say "oh every song has to be about a girl doesn't it?" but I don't care. I think this song is about a guy who has a girlfriend who he's madly in love with but she's very carefree and independent and doesn't know if she wants to be with him for the rest of her life. However, he knows without a doubt that he wants to be with her and just her and so he'll "be holding on" until she figures out that he's been there this entire time. Just my opinion. | |
