| UNfortunately, this song has been misunderstood and hijacked for use by far right groups. | |

| The song does show nazism, but there was a point where the British government was almost as bad, youll see this starting in another brick in the wall. They wanted everyone to be the same so there wouldnt be problems, in the flesh shows the extreme side of that by taking out minorities and stuff...just a thought | |

| "In the Flesh" is the reflection of antisematism. the nazis and the occult paid influence to these lyrics. antisematism isnt only the hatred of jews, but discrimination of minorities and different people. i.e. "queers, cool people, "smokin a joint." you even see in the "hey you" reprise of "waiting for the worms" when they mention Firing up the ovens and things of that sort. | |

| If you consider that the first part (Pink's childhood) is focused on WWII, maybe the replacement band was a bunch of Nazis. Consider the parts of calling Jews and Black people out and at the end wishing they could shoot them. Just an idea | |

| Here we see the outside of the wall, Pink's exterior. He has decided that the show must go on (the wall); and becomes hostile, declaring war on everything outside the wall. | |

| I believe Pink's "dark side" is released by the drugs he is given in Comfortably Numb. Just a thought. | |
