| Personally I never thought the song was about Waters. I thought it had more to do with certain PF fans expecting too much out of him, like they expect him to know a ton of stuff and be some kind of messiah, playing the strings till his fingers are raw with all this deep wisdom they can't get from within. It's like the beginning totally paints the picture of a concert. Settle in your seats and dim the lights. It's ironic because at the same time the song is so beautiful, it kind of pulls you both ways :P | |
