The --3(b3.5)r3(b3.5)-- bit means pick at 3, bend it so the tone matches
what would be half way between 3 and 4, release the bend, and repeat, so
you pick on the third and fourth beats of that bar.  Easy innit? :)

It may not be 100% accurate, but it's a good approximation anyway :)
