	I'm pretty confident that this song is describing the writers sexual experiences, it all adds up... Can you feel it pushing Pushing from inside That explains itself. Things you cannot say Will materialize Judging by the rest of the song, I would say that was about the noises and emotions you feel while having sex, but cannot describe. Or that could be my perverted imagination :-)
