| this song is so beautiful, i think this is the first time a ptw song can be described in this manner. The new album is impecable, its laden in harder than before metal parts, and more emotional melodic parts, this song alone exemplifies just how much they have evolved. | |

| has anyone seen this video... i don't know but poison the well has one of the most unique and amazing ways to match words together...the video is so powerful, how the song talks of how no one thinks of how horrible it is to grow up, and when the guy's past comes up and whispers, "stick to the side roads" i got chills, this song is amazing. | |

| first off the video goes hand in hand with the song...in the video the old man is how the emo kid sees himself or is himself in the future...the line "stick to the side roads, they hold interesting thought" thats saying be yourself and stay away from the "mainstream" of things, don't just not do something because your afraid of what people will think...when it says the part about look on the wall at the one that borrows and steals...the mirror has taken his youth...great song...great video | |

| for starters, I LOVE this album, I personally think it's one of the greatest overall albums of all time, perticularly of that genre, and I mean that seriously. I think this song is actually about how he kinda woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and didn't like who he saw. That he really just doesn't like how his life is going, and how his life has gone, and after a bit of inner monologue discussion about where he'll end up if he continues on this route, decides to make a pact with himself to live his life how he sees fit, not how others do. | |
