This is one of my favorite songs ever
Poison The Well: Meeting Again for the First Time
I am sure this is very close to being, if not correct
D-tuning droped 1 (lowest to highest: c,g,c,f,a,d)
b=bend
x=put out string and strum it
r=release bend
~=let ring
->, ---->, etc. are arrows(mean nothing but pointing to stuff)
*=2nd time only
You Might note that the verse part sounds different than what it is on the cd. That is because
there are two guitar parts.
I will add the other part in a day or two.
I cant even tell the difference between my part and the cd when I play along.

| when i first heard this song i sort of thought it was about someone who is not emotionally stable and needs their pills but they have a tendancy to overdose hence the line, "but who would want to go back there" because they can't control themselves, but after reading other comments I'd have to agree with the whole being on the road with the band thing | |

| i think this song is about meeting a long lost girlfriend and realizing you still love her, "jump off" is a metaphor for like...getting over the girl... | |

| I really like how so many different meanings come from different people. It makes me wonder if these are what people think the songs mean, or what they mean to them. For the meaning I'm about to list, it's more about a meaning for me; however emotional it may be. I really think that this song is about losing someone very near and dear to you. About moving on, living the life without them. Losing a large part of your life, and moving on with it. And then constantly revisiting the memories, however painful it may be. There are some people in life that when lost, life seems impossible, yet somehow we still manage. Anyway, shortly after hearing about a very close friend of mine's death, I got in my car, turned on whatever music was playing. It was this, and with every word I shed more tears. Song Meanings aren't always the same to different people, but it's definately nice to read how people interpret the same words into different meanings. Kepp it going! | |

| I finally bought You Come Before You.. and man i couldnt be happier. This is the first song that i hadnt already had off the album that i have completely listened to.. and i adore it. Poison The Well is my fave band of all time.. they are the best. Im currently after a shirt of theirs but their is only the "zombie" one and it looks shit compared to the other ones i know they have, i also want them to come back down to Aus so i can see em.. apparently not too long ago they played at Big Day Out.. but i missed it.. so im waiting for the next gig they do. | |

| such a great song! It makes me sad thinking of someone being on the road, all wore out, and alone. | |
