| I remember this song being on a sample cd that a restaurant I used to work at played. That had to be in 2003 or so. I have loved it ever since. To me this song is about a long distance relationship. So you come in and put your bags down I know there's something in the air How can I do this to you right now If you're over there when I need you here ^^^^ Those lines make me think that the girl has finally come into town, and he is happy to see her, but he is still thinking about an old fight that they had. | |

| To me, this song is about a relationship that the guy has a girlfriend and he cheated on her with some girl. That "some girl" makes him happy but yet his girlfriend is there. So when he sees that girl again he realizes how happy he is and how he knows they could be more and be the best of friends....but yet when he sees her after awhile he knnows that she will leave again* | |
