i reckon this song is about how the grass always seems to be greener on the other side of the fence.'footprints on the other sideo. it seems a little pessimistic but that's how i see it- 'for everything you thought you had has gone from worse to bad'. i also think it brings up the possibility that a lot of us have no direction in life and therefore need someone to point us in the right direction.

this song kicks ass it seems to be about realising that life isnt going how you want it to (but it's not my kind of scene oh yeah footprints on the other side ) but that there is still time to change the way its going (the end is in sight to working...,I'll watch from the other side)

Great song - powerfully emotional just like its video clip of a slow motion car crash - Very pleased this song made the international soundtrack of that Bond film
