	I went to see Pretty Girls Make Graves 2 years ago with Death Cab For Cutie and they deffinitely took the entire show over. I mean, I totally have the hotts for the singer now................it's a horrible thing!

	"the getaway" is exactly what its all about. these two lovers leave. they dont care where they go they just want to get out of town. very good story she tells in this song.

	yeah this song hits me pretty hard as well. maybe because it's absolutely spectacular. the guitars thru the chorus really add a little something. i don't know what's up with this..me and these slow jams. i'm diggin em. a lot a lot. they're coming at the end of november!! who wants to go?! me. that's for sure.

	This really is a great song, titled well- the Getaway. That's exactly it- it's about getting away. It's about moving from your old roots to find a new life, about getting out of that rut and running away from it all, with someone you love. I always want to put this song on when I'm driving.

	how far will this get us from here, i love that line, it's so perfect, the entire song is just great, if anyone ever needed to runaway, even if it's in their head for the length of this song, it is a perfect song, it's also a great theme song for anyone with problems, which really is all of us "just as long as its us, that's all that matters"
