| I have been a drummer for 15 years and this song still blows my mind. I think Les is questioning why he needs to follow laws that are set by people with different standards, and that dont make any sense to him. | |

| Yes this song's timing is eleven, in a way. It's actually alternating measures of 6/4 and 5/4, or at least that's how it feels to me. I guess you could notate it as one big measure of 11/4. I think the lyrics are just there tacked on to make this song non instrumental; the focus of the song is the timing. | |
