	I think this song is saying that when you commit suicide that nobody cares because it such a selfish act. It is not fair to the people you leave behind.

	To start off, this song was firmly tounge-in-cheek. The real meaning is seen as a joke. First it says "Don't Try Suicide"...then "Nobody cares." Simply put, if someone said they were going to commit suicide, you wouldn't say "Nobody cares." The song is just a morbid joke, thats why I love it.

	my friend is a mixed up kid, she really needs help and i'm always telling her that i love her and she knows that I'm always there for here, yada yada yada, i wagged school to go to the airport and get her to come home (if you knew my parents thatd b a huge huge huge thing) so when i first heard this song, i got my best guy mates band to sing it at their first gig, which i knew she'd be at. shes now okay, and is addicted to queen! this song really did save lives, dont underrate it.

	Strangely enough, while thinking about my love of Freddie, about to commit suicide to join him, I heard this song, and even though I had sworn a blood oath (over my shrine) to kill myself before the age he was when he died, hearing his voice sing, 'Don't try suicide,' I couldn't. And soon after, my best friend came up to me and started saying, 'you shouldn't be so obsessed with something, seriously. You're wasting your life away, and if you keep this up, it's going to kill you.' But it was virtually wat saved me.

	No, it's not about Brian's depression...that didn't happen for another ten years. I think the "nobody's worth it," "nobody cares" things apply to the thing the person is committing suicide over and not to the person him/herself. For example, this song could apply to a girl about to commit suicide because her boyfriend broke up with her. "Nobody's worth it" means "There is no boy worth killing yourself over" and "Nobody cares" means "Your situation isn't as big of a deal as you think it is; it'll pass." There's also an implication of, "Stop threatening to commit suicide--it's annoying and people will think you're an idiot! It's ok, there are people who will help you."

	I think this is funny. In a bit sick way I guess but I can't honestly say this song wouldn't make me smile. When you think about teenagers in general, quite a many of them at some point, insist they want to die just to get some attention. Of course there are exceptions who really mean it and that's a sad thing.

	This song certainly isn't one of their best toput it mildly. The album it is off, The Game is pretty dire as well (except for a few singles). It is like they couldn't be bothered to write decent songs. Forget about Don't Try Suicide, it makes me want to commit suicide it is so bad...

	No, not very strait forward at all... It seems to be a relationship of some sort, whether romantic, familial, or just a friendship, but the verses are one member of the relationship, seemingly a male telling the other (presumably female) that [she] should not kill [her]self,"When you do it, all you do is get on my tits" then the chorus brings in a dialogue of some sort, perhaps between the two, but more likely the person considering suicide with themself, [she] hears "Don't try suicide, nobody's worth it" and then within says, "Nobody cares...Nobody Gives a damn" Its all about the internal conflict, and how ridiculous it can sometimes be, with such a serious subject the arrangement is almost humorous, as if it were actually satirizing the melodramatic progressive rock bands of the time... my rambling thoughts

	Well, this song made me laugh when I first heard it, to be honest. Suicide gets on Freddy Mercury's tits, eh? 'You can't be a prick-teaser all of the time.' Classic. Absolute classic. This song deserves more credit as an example of Queen's genius.
