| No comments? This is like the best song on the CD. As for my opinion on the song meaning, I think in the first verse "They only see a sacred fist, they only see a bomb today" he is referring to those factions in older times that were peaceful, and disapproved of warfare, like the Incas. And "They" would be referring to people like the Spaniards who wiped them out. I love the chorus, I think he is imagining (believing) of a "sacred" place where there is no violence (evil). It's amazing, the minds control over the body, a simple "thought can set you free". The second verse he's talkin about evil's effect on 'you' and it may control you because of your memories of it's effects, but that your soul is still clean. I dunno about the 3rd verse, but I like what he says about sunshine breaking the clouds. Self explanitory. Anyway I tried to break it down and I'm probably completely off but I'm the only commentator so I'm right haha | |
