	with this song, I always get a reallly spacy feeling, like that I'm driving in the western planes of America, with nothing but space in all directions, and I just stop, step out of the car, and just savor the moment (Hey man, slow down) like that I"M enjoying where I am not where I'm going to, as not to waste the precious time we have on this planet

	"The Tourist" was written by Jonny, who, explains Thom, was "in a beautiful square in France on a sunny day, and watching all theses American tourists being wheeled around, frantically trying to see everything in 10 minutes." Jonny was shocked at how these people could be in a place so beautiful and so special and not realize it because they weren't taking the time to just stop and look around. http://www.greenplastic.com

	reminds me of a car journey, like airbag. The singers dying, mayb a outa-body experiece thing -witch would explain "it barks at no one else but me" as dogs are ment to be able 2 sence ghosts? then hes in the car and its travelling to fast, "1000 feet per second" then at the end u got the steady drum beat, possibly being the guy on some hospital bed dying, few beats then you get the triangle. and hes dead...perfect end to the album. sumit like tht...
