| Well you must be misinformed as well, forget the stars, because America was established on the east coast, so expanding all the way to it would mean America would stay on the east coast, so I believe you should be more informed before making claims. And btw, it wasn't the idea of expanding to the east coast, it was actually a doctrine that the good, ol' US of A had the right and duty to expand throughout the North American Continent. | this song isn't about Zapatistas (indians in mexico dealing with the mexican land divisions)... its about Native Americans in the US... this song was written before the movement even was known... Landlords and power whores (the feds) On my people they took turns (opression) Dispute the suits I ignite (treaties, lawsuits, rebellion, etc.) And then watch 'em burn (burn as in deny them...) now he says he is gonna fight back they are gonna burn... as in its their turn.. so the one guy is right... but its about US Native Americans.. hence the manifest destiny.. oh and he was using that to explain their justification for their opression oh.. and forget the stars... stupideest guy ever.. listening to rage=dumb? name one more band of the 90s that reached out politically to as many ppl? you can't... you were to busy listening to the ""underground"" ""beats"" of Limp Bizkit and Korn? wren't ya? u pansy | |
