LYRICS:
Come wit it now!
Come wit it now!
The microphone explodes, shattering the molds
Either drop tha hits like de la O or get tha fuck off tha commode
Wit tha sure shot, sure ta make tha bodies drop
Drop an don't copy yo, don't call this a co-op
Terror rains drenchin', quenchin' tha thirst of tha power dons
That five sided fist-a-gon
Tha rotten sore on tha face of mother earth gets bigger
Tha triggers cold empty ya purse

Rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells

Weapons not food, not homes, not shoes
Not need, just feed the war cannibal animal
I walk tha corner to tha rubble that used to be a library
Line up to tha mind cemetary now
What we don't know keeps tha contracts alive an movin'
They don't gotta burn tha books they just remove 'em
While arms warehouses fill as quick as tha cells
Rally round tha family, pockets full of shells

Rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells

Bulls on parade

Come wit it now!
Come wit it now!
Bulls on parade!
Bulls on parade!
Bulls on parade!
Bulls on parade!
Bulls on parade!

The pockets full of shells mean that all theze muthafuckas starting war and shit like that already got them fuckin' weapons in they back pockets ready to pull that shit out on unsuspectin' niggaz. They call treyselves rallyin' round tha family, like Arafat and Sharon, not to mention Putin and them other muthafuckas is doin' Bush. But they pockets is full of shells. So what Rage iz sayin' is what ya fuckin' back, and watch they fuckin' back pockets. Dat's da muthafuckin' word, ya herd!

i think that the title, "Bulls on Parade" refers to people that are angry with the [U.S.?] government. I think it refers to when these people protest, or start a revolution maybe? Thats what i think.

I think that this song is about conservatives. People like Rush Limbaugh, Jerry Fallwell, and others preach "family values", (rally round the family), yet they all get rich off of the labor of others (pockets full of shells). I dunno, just my take.

"Weapons not food, not homes, not shoes Not need, just feed tha war canibal animal" This is refering to capitalism, as in many of their songs. Capitalism causes us to go against each other. It says that we don't need homes and shoes or anything practical, but just weapons to fight against each other and destroy each other in our greed. And that is why it is the "cannibal animal" causing us to try and destroy our own kind in our own greed, instead of helping each other out and living in peace. The war is in our capitalist societ, between our own people.

'Weapons not food, not homes, not shoes' why the fuck do countries which are already falling to pieces spend enough money to revitalise their economies on weapons of mass destruction which end up blown to peices or at the bottom of the sea?

this song is about what happened when mexico joined nafta. the people of mexico won a hard fought war to garrantee land distribution to the poor and in order to join nafta, mexico had to re-write the part of its constitution that garanteed this land distribution. Poor families that relied on this land had to "rally round the family with a pocket full of shells" and fight once again. Led by Zapata, they choose to fight again. This is what Rage wrote the song about.

"They don't gotta burn tha books they just remove 'em " history books maybe. because when they burn them (the US) they think there comin clean and burying the hatchat but everone knows the past anyway so why burn a book for no reason. "Ya eighter drop tha hits like de la o or get tha Fuck off tha commode" their kinda qouting an amy general here on how you (the troops) either start shoottin and killing or leave get the fuck outta our army, your no use. They say "pocket full of shells" because though the US acts like this war just started its bee goin on since the 80s, but just escaladed to a massive innocents killing search and destroy piece of shit and theyve had all these weapons up their there slevves (pockets) forever waiting for for someone to attack. The fistagon is the penta gone but they say FISTagon because the gouverment is usin it to plan attacks on poor countrys that have no defence, hence they are just beating a dead horse for natural resoures like oil and shit because it makes em feel good and strong. "Tha rotten sore on the face of mother earth gets Bigger Tha triggers cold empty ya purse" means even though the US is conciously destroying the middle-east, when they run out of ammo (tha triggers cold) they continue to buy more (empty your purse).
