The line "Fear is your only god", I think means that Zach believes religious people only believe what they do because they are scared of death being the end (no afterlife), and/or being punished by an almighty god.

nobody commented on "Your savior's my guillotine, crosses and kerosine" not saying I know but you need gasoline (kerosine) to burn a cross... Just like in Killing in the name of he relates things to the KKK He's basically saying the media in general is looking to scare you to watch their programming etc~ Making up half truths is much easier and gets more ratings than broadcasting correct, and happy news. Watch Bowling for columbine if you wanna see how our media is...compared to canada etc~

"The same one that ran around Managua with a sword." Managua is the capital of Nicaragua. I think Jamah is on the right track, but the reference to a sword makes it hard to believe that this line refers to an insurgency of the 1980s (although it is certainly possible). This line seems to best fit with William Walker, a "filibuster" who led an unauthorized invasion force into Nicaragua in the 19th Century. He defeated the Nicaraguan Army and ruled Nicaragua (both directly and indirectly) for roughly a year. I think the William Walker reference makes more sense because it explains the sword part of the line - a general or president of this time would have had a sword with him at all times. In addition, the description of "running around Managua" implies a very unfocused and illigetimate operation - which Walker's conquest of Nicaragua most definitely was. If I'm right, it lends huge credibility to Rage, as they'd have to be well-informed to employ such little known historical events in their lyrics.
