Biography
The Rakes are a British rock band from London. Alan Donohoe (vocals) Matthew Swinnerton (guitar) Jamie Hornsmith (bass) Lasse Petersen (drums) The Rakes formed at the start of the 2000s, apparently taking their name from the fact that they were "skinny as rakes".
