	If you see the music video (pretty much just them in fat suits) you can understand this a bit better. Yes, it's about problems in the bedroom, but that's a secondary problem, a result of this epidemic of obesity, which leads to depression and just a feeling of not wanting to do anything, which greatly effects the sex drive.
