band: rammstein
cd: hell, i don't know...i downloaded it
song: links 2 3 4
part: solo (if not right, very close)
standard tuning
i don't know how to explain how to do this, when you pick it(WITH A PICK) you need to
let go of the finger on the fretboard and let it ring, just listen to the song and figure
it out, the solo starts at 2:46 seconds into the song.
the solo is really 3 parts, it goes: pt.1 pt. 2 pt. 1 pt. 3
signs: * = let go BUT DON'T MUTE!!!
~ = let ring
Distorted (heavily)

truly sorry if it looked complicated or anything like that, it does sound great once
you get
it. it is a very easy solo that sounds complicated so play it at the nearest guitar store
to
show off.

| I love this song....check out the Big Day Out Live video (2001) Till is crazy yet so artistic when he preforms (you know you have the right video if there is a girl with her top off with red hair) i think this song has to do with soldiers and there duty, honor, knowledge and how sometimes they are decieved or subconciously blind (i spelled that wrong)... some examples are -German soldiers in the 1930s up till when the Berlin Wall fell "I REALLY HATE TO SAY IT AND I AM NO WAY SYMPATHIZING OR HOLD ANY APATHY WITH HITLER AND THE NAZI PARTY, NOR AM I CALLING RAMMSTIEN AND ITS FANS (INCLUDING ME) AND GERMAN PEOPLE NAZIS"!!!!!"I REPEAT, I AM NOT CALLING ANYONE A NAZI AND I AM NOT SYMPATHIZING WITH HITLER OR HIS IDEALS" there are other examples but these soldiers are the best (just think about it from non black or white point of view) - another army would be US soldiers from the Vietnam, Korea and Current Iraqi War -another would be the fighters from the Crusades but again, the german soldiers are the best example....and about the "Zwo" and "zwei" thing...i asked around and 'chrisimmons' answer was the one i got | |

| Oh bloodyell leave it to the english to know wtf it is about why dont you. "Can you break hearts?" every one knows what this means but, in the song it means something else, in wars people lose loved ones often thus "Can you break hearts?" now, "Can hearts speak?" possibly meaning acting out in revenge or the heart "feelings" taking over and trying to do the right thing. "Can you torture hearts?" basically same as the first only when it comes to torturing a heart, losing one loved one is hard enough, so you can only imagine. "Can you steal hearts?" possibly meaning falling in love, or hearts being decepted into being something their not. "they want my heart beating in the right place but I look below and it beats left from there" meaning they are trying to make his heart numb, careless, and influenced but, he won't allow that to happen, he doesn't want to be with or apart of the bad culture or army. "Can hearts sing?" meaning the whole sappy pride happy prideful kind of outlook. "Can a heart burst" possibly meaning a heart "feelings" taking so much that they finally give out, too much stress, too much pressure, they give up. "Can hearts be pure?" questioning whether or not the humanrace can actually be pure at heart for a change, now, every human is never pure anymore, only the rare are pure at heart. "Can a heart be made of stone?" meaning can one be so numb that they will hurt or kill anyone or anything. "Can you ask hearts?" meaning can you question hearts of their durability, their feelings and emotion. "Can you carry a child under yourself?" this however has 2 meanings. it could go either way meaning 1. questioning whether or not someone would put their life on the line to save a child during battle and carry it underneith them to shield the child from crossfire and explosions, put their own body and life on the line to protect a child in order to get it to safety. or it could be questioning whether or not you could carry "as in pregnancy" a child the second line "Can you give it away" attatches itsself onto meaning 2. example: "Can you carry a child under yourself, can you give it away" questioning whether or not the mother would give her child away thus brings in "Can you think with your heart" meaning can you think with your emotion and your feelings and your love for the child before acting upon your selfishness of giving it away just so you can be free and not have responsibility. so, this song actually has 2 ways of going, it can go household "family" or it can go to war " Links, Zwo, Drei Vier, or Links, Zwei, Drei, Vier: Left Two Three Four" | |

| This is a political statement about being a rewbell to right winged people and military. Rammtein are left winged. All people who thinks they are not because they are Germans and because the singer the "r" the way he does is stupid and a racist on his own. | |
