| I cant believe that no one has commented here. Well the song is about Tipper Gore and her involvment in the PMRC during the 80s. The PMRC came up with the "Parental Advisory" sticker that is put on CDs. | |

| I remember when this album came out Joey was on the Tonight Show as a guest and they played this song, but they could not say the name of the song on the air, but since there are no obscene lyrics, they could play the whole song. | |
