iampunk (god your name makes me cringe), i think thats what lars and everyone was saying... american government trying to interfere with developing countries who are under a dictatorship or whatever, but end up fucking things up more than before.

k, this song is, in my opinion, centered around the American idea that they are th ebest and can instill peace wherever they want, but it shows how they are not the most powerful and in fact have backed down from the conflicts mentioned, it's a stab at the american government showing them they aren't all they think they are. (thats waht I think anyhow)
