| can i be maybe the first to say that this website is called "song MEANINGS" - im interested in the MEANINGS of this SONG, not how it makes you feel and just that, i want to know what the fuck this song is about, i really couldnt care less where you first heard this song, or how much cooler you are because you first heard rancid. Brad Logan is the guitarist in F-Minus, grew up on the NY/HC Scene, now also (and more famously) plays guitar in Leftover Crack, also from New York. This song seems to be written about living on the streets and going out at night "i spend my day in blindness, at night i get my vision" or something similar to that. Any elaboration would be appreciated. | |

| Yes I am a poser because I stumbled across a song that I liked by a band I hadn't heard of before. What the fuck?! I can't like a song just because YOU say I can't well fuck you and your punk rock rulebook. This is one of the songs that got me into punk rock a few years ago and if you think that I am a poseur or killing your scene or whatever, just deal with it. You act like Rancid is a shitty band and you don't want anyone to hear their stuff or read the words. I'm proud to be a poseur then. | |
