I love this song so much! It's a different direction for Rancid... kind of a a bluesy dub thing but I like it a lot. I think it's about how society can drive a person to a life of crime. Does anybody know where the dialogue at the beginning of the song comes from?

I always thought it was "Some people never legal", which seems to fit in and make more sense. Still, phunky as phuck.
