	This song seems to be about tims friends younger sister according to the lyrics. so heres what the song means to me. She was a punk who was a social outcast. Her only escape was to take the bus downtown in the middle of the night. She finally got so deppressed that she started doing drugs to escape. one night she accidently or pourposley overdosed on a drug most likely heroin or a pill. Some kids who were most likely among the ones who excluded her, found her when they were walking home. They finally found out what she meant, and how that sort of thing affects people. Thats My story version. To me it just represents any situation similar to that one. Rock on Rancid!!!!!!!!!

	KC dies. She pretty much commits suicide, whether intentional or not. She's not happy with where she's at, and she wants to escape. She doesn't like the people around her, whether people as in 'friends' or people as general people in the scene. or the whole city. Anyone seen the video and wonder why she's at CBGB's which is in New York? (And about to close...RIP...) I like Rob's part a lot, dunno why. Especially when they're on Conan or whatever hell show that was and Tim is hopping around in front of the drum set in the back while Lars sings...

	i think KC got killed: But when we found her in the little league park In the dugouts it was cold damp and dark And no one knew why she wouldn't wake up I guess she finally made it back home i love this song but i think it could have done better withou Skinhead Rob though. maybe if Tim sang that part becausei like the lyrics.

	i agree ... no i know she dies... cause i mean llisten to the damn song man lol... and in english we are talking aobut how things like settings setting the mood and shit like that.... so i think "red hot moon" means like its red hot and its about to explode... which is what she did she exploded and died.... just my interpitation

	i think the song is talking about that KC wa a good person.a person who couldve gone far in life but turned over to drugs and watsed her life instead of living it.for an upsetting meaning the song sure does have a catchy beat.well thats my opinion at least.
