	red is definately a christian band, and the lead singer said that most of the songs are about how bad things have happened and how people have hit rock bottom and realized that they needed God to keep going.

	Spriggan....He's not talking about suicide at all. He's talking about just breaking down. This entire song is talking about how he is so far away from God. At this point in the song that you are talking about he finally runs out of places to run, because Christ is the only cure. He realizes this once he 'hits the ground', he is as low as he can possibly get. I personally am a Christian and a lot of people go through this stage of life. Sometimes you have to get to the bottom to realize just how great God is.

	STOP IT! Please, this is getting old. Every song is a love song. People twist any song, whether it is Christian and is speaking to the capital "You" in the song, into a love song. Every song isn't about the "love" of a couple.

	I didn't realize this band was a Christian Band. But the meanings given do make sense being that that's the case. But before I knew I thought it was about a controlling relationship that failed because one of the lovers was running away, and afterwards the one running away realized he/she needed the other. "And this is how it feels when I Ignore the words you spoke to me And this is where I lose myself When I keep running away from you And this is who I am when, When I don't know myself anymore And this is what I choose when It's all left up to me" He/She feels better without Him/Her "Breathe your life into me I can feel you, I’m falling Falling faster Breathe your life into me I still need you I’m falling, falling Breathe into me Breathe into me Breathe" Then sees He/She still needs Her/Him. But I could agree with the others, and it would make more sense being that this is a Christian Band.

	"I suppose while part sound Christian, there are other parts that are definitely not such as, "And this is how it looks when I am standing on the edge And this is how I break apart When I finally hit the ground" which to me seems quite obvious that he is killing himself, any Christian knows that suicide = purgatory. " 1. christians don't believe in purgatory (well, most at least, not me), cathlocs do, and i think that the pope decided it to be improbable or something recently. 2. he isn't standing on the edge of suicide, he is standing on the edge if leaving god, kinda like just giving up his faith, not his life. "this is how i break apart when i finnally hit the ground" applies to when he does quit and looks & feels miserable. of corse the rest of the song applies (or almost all of the rest) to how he "recovers" from his "fall"

	I know what this song means to me anyways. To me its a plea for God to change my life after I have fallen so far away from him. "And this is how it looks when I am standing on the edge And this is how I break apart When I finally hit the ground" I think this is like hitting rock bottom. But I also think this song is about realizing all the sin in your life and asking God for help after you see clearly what you have been doing.
