| I think this is the saddest, darkest song the RHCP ever created. It makes me think of someone with nowhere to go, who has just been rejected from their last point of salvation. And now they're wandering the dirty, unclean streets of L.A. at night, without anywhere to go. Everywhere they turn, they see unkind faces, pained expressions, reflected of their own screw-ups and the bleakness of drug addiction. | |
