| even though one hot minute was not one of my more favorite cd's by them i really like this song. and i kinda think its about being lonley and deppressed also but i think maybe hes siging personally about the kinda circle in his band that he can trust them when hes lonely and stuff (i also really love the video cause anthony is the sexiest man alive) I also had a friend who was raped and this is her favorite song. | |

| I read a essay Anthony wrote on his heroes, and he said that his greatest hero is a 9 year old girl he saw on televison who won a dancing contest. She was sexually abused and beaten by her father, but when they asked her what she learned from her experiences she just said- 'To forgive and endlessly give your love to all those around you no matter what happens' Thats what the last line in the song means.... beautiful isn't it? | |

| while the band is usually known for funky, up beat rock songs, this is a soft, sad instrumental. it's all about your friends trying to help you through hard times (as i said earlier). it's deffinatly about knowing who your true friends are too, cause the 1s who aren't true friends, run when life gets shitty. | |
