| this song is completely about the australian aborigines' "walkabouts" where they connect with their spiritual world, the "dreamtime." i will go part by part supporting this... the first verse is about trying to find your place in this world, just as the aborigines do. "Learn the art of life" the next part tells us that you can go on a "walkabout" just about anywhere and find meaning to life. as long as you are really searching it will work. "The digirido original man with a dream I believe the Aborigine" the didgeridoo is the most known instrument of the aborigines, said to be the first wind instrument ever. "man with a dream" is reffering to the "dreamtime" "You could do it with a shuffle You could do it with a stroll You could do it with a stride You could do it all alone" there is no set way to find what we're all about, whatever is most comfortable to you. the last verse sums up the song. go on a walkabout to meet who you really are. my first comment hope you like | |
