| The weather MAJORLY affects my mood, so I totally get this. I love 'it's funny how you find you enjoy your life when you're happy to be alive'. Story of my life!!! Or the last 10 months of it anyway.... | |

| Thiessen tends to say "You took my heavy heart, and made it light." a lot on the "Mmhmm" album. Just an observation. | |

| Sounds more to me like someone with bipolar trying fighting off his depression. He goes from "And tomorrow I know Will be rainy at best" to "But now I’m Sunny with a high of 75." I don't think this song has to anything to do with God at all. | |

| But now I’m Sunny with a high of 75 Since you took my heavy heart and made it light duh it's about how if you go to the Lord to help, He'll make the burdens and stresses of life lighter ..the song goes from trying to handle things on your own to what happens when you allow Jesus to take over. which reminds me, it sucks that this site won't capitilize "he" in these songs, but i guess it's the worlds way of avoiding the truth. | |

| I love this song. It's so insanely cool. "Now I'm sunny with a high of 75, since you took my heavy heart and made it light." It's some random person who's depressed and now their finally better and happy, thanks to God or some other random person. The end. | |

| i think the chorus implies that no matter what the weather is, or how life is treating him, he has found a way to be happy through it all. | |

| I really don't know, but, when I went to their concert and Universal Studios I could've sworn they said "High in 75", and I was all worried that RK was changing their style.. All those songs about drugs and crap were influencing them. I'm relieved in knowing I was wrong. | |

| This song is about how emotions can change in an instant, but life always gets better in the end. Also, Matt Thiessen himself said that it's about the unpredictable weather in northeast ohio, where the band are from. for example, it snowed 4 inches one day, then two days later it was perfectly sunny and 60 degrees out. | |

| I totally fell for this song the first time I listened. The phrase that wat catchy was the bipolar one (cuz a bunch of my friends act like that at time hehe) it makes me laugh, but is still true. People are generally more happy when the suns out... or should I say the Sun?!? :P | |
