Remy Zero Fair Guitar Tab

Song: Fair
Artist: Remy Zero
Tabbed by: crazyalex10
This is a great song... I think the tab is pretty accurate... I tabbed out the chords
at the bottom... Just listen to the song a few times, it's pretty easy to play... Just
listen to the song for the exact timing, not sure if I got that part right...Have fun

When I was sure you'd follow through

I know you won't fail
See, I can tell

ahhh im in LOVE with this song--anyway. i think its about a relationship. the guy is in love with the girl, n she leaves him. then realizes she wants to come back. but it took her forever to make up their mind. and now its might be too late and things might not work out. just guessing thought!! ps--its soo amazing how music can give u a feeling that you cant even describe. it just hits the spot :)

I think i agree with love_me.. it means that life has no reason or an "answer" that makes sense. but as long as he has this person in his life he knows that he cannot fail and he feels so strongly and so certain about this that he would bet she would "catch him" "so what if you catch me where would we land.."

a beautiful song it means to me that you have to trust someone and trust them to take care of you even if you're not sure of them: "so what if you catch me, where would we land?" it's in a beautiful movie also.

first off- i think the lyrics are pretty far off. great song though. I think it's about coming back to someone too late, when the damage has been done. I think they had something special, but the time apart has caused too much hurt. I love the line, "sing to me hope as she's thrown on the sand." He's calling hope a real person. I think the whole idea with "Fair" is more of a sarcastic tone- he was there for her the whole time while she disappeared on him. He was counting on her and she didn't hold up her end.

I'm not exactly sure what this song is about, but its part of one of the best soundtracks ever created! If you see the movie "Garden State" and then read these specific lyrics: "But it's all wrong, you're so strong. But this life's work and choice took far too long." ...it may sort of make sense to you.

Its obviously about a past love relationship that one person still wants in and the other is un decided... in other words it could be played after a fight and a break up...

I am not sure it is spefically about a women as much as just a loved one in general, at least in the context of the movie. I think in the movie it's referencing the relationship with is father when he says that though they may never be happy, at least they can try to be OK. I *think* that's what TRAUMITTIZING is talking about. However, I don't remeber what part of the movie the song was in, so I could be way off. Maybe it has something to do with how he feels about himself and his issues with his mother's accident & death. Either way, when I first heard the song, it hit hard and I could feel the loss and despair and frustration and love and amazement and hope the artist seemed to be trying to convey to the listener about the person he is singing this song to. WOW!! It almost made me dizzy
