	Great tune. It's about someone being at a low point in there life and then finding someone that makes them feel like they are living the high life again, makes them forget all their worries, and helps them get out of the rain.

	this song kicks ass. it's obviously about being in love and the high that you get from the feeling of it.

	Good one. I believe it's saying that this person made him feel good about his life when he was caught in the rain (aka during bad times). He'd do anything to get this person back now that they've completely distanced themselves.

	It's when you're in a bad place, and someone comes along, and makes you see that things aren't as bad as they seem. "When I was caught in the rain, you made me feel You made me feel, made me feel"

	This is just an impression...could be totally wrong...but it seems like caught in the rain is symbolic of bad times, not being happy...when it says it was you who could get me high, maybe it's referring to this person who could get them literally high off the ground, above the clouds and out the the dull, feelingless, depression of the "rain." Caught in the rain wasting my time on the ground could refer to the low when they are apart, and getting high could be the emotional high of being with the person.
