| Maybe his songs have deep meanings, including this song, but these just aren't good lyrics at all, if i was writing about my WIFE, it wouldnt be like this... these lyrics are like what a Boy Band would write to just make a 'love' song to fill an album up to sell. | |

| Error, how can you say that without backing up any examples or with discussion. It gets play on MTV because he has a great soulful voice with lyrics that any body can relate to. anyways....... Its not a secret that he is very insecure about his wife and their relationship. She is beautiful. He is um yeah. There is a rumor she is very very bisexual. I am talking about Paula Patton by the way. Maybe with that little tidbit his songs and lyrics will make you think differently of the meanings of his songs. The whole cd is about him being more secure about his music, his life and himself. You can tell his first two albums are all him just telling you whats going in his life, what he thinks and his relationship. | |

| everyone obviously didn't get the point of this song. he loves her. everything he is saying is coming down to "I just love to hear you say it... It makes a man feel good baby." what guy doesn't love hearing that from his girl? every guy gets insecure at times, and when his girl tells him things like that, he gets over it. so obviously if you can relate to what he is talking about, you would see how this good a song this is. | |

| I think Robin Thicke has an amazing voice. I'm not so sure about the lyrics though. His wife would explain the meaning but It sounds sort of.....idk. He just seems like he thinks hes to good or whatever. Maybe I'm just interpreting it wrong. I don't like this song very much though. | |

| I know the lyrics are less than stellar on the page but seriously somehow in the song they transform into this beautiful message and seriously I can't stop listening to this song which I have only hear once on vh1. I don't know there is just something about it... | |

| Robin Thicke is such a relief to the R&B world. He doesn't have that Boyz 2 Men sound at all (which is what the majority of R&B is today). His voice has soul. It's fresh. Simply put, it's amazing. | |

| I think this song is written poorly, and I really don't like the way he sings it... I don't see why this song has as much play as it does on MTV and such. | |
