there's a Dance Version to this song. it's a little enhanced and has a little more lyrics to the part" hey what's the matter man?"... and so forth. it's about 7 minutes long. i think it's rare to find, but i have it :P

This song is about Mick Jagger getting out of a long relationship and a friend of his trying to help him get over her by taking him back out on the "scene," so to speak. Over the course of the song he goes from truly missing her to trying to tell himself that he's glad she's gone.

It is a great song and a equally fine album, but JJ Black and Blue was really an album made while the band was simply looking for a new guitarist; It's only Rock and Roll '74 and Goat's Head Soup '73 are on par with Some Girls '78. Each of the 3 albums have throw aways and a few good rockers but nothing that changed the world of Rock. I love Some Girls but the critics and there fore to many fans act as if it was on par with stuff from the 68 - 72 era. Not true. and if it isn't that good than are you saying the 73 and 74 era was THAT bad? I think not ,and upon a few listens i think you will agree all of the albums from 73- 78 are all in the same listenable but certainly not ground breaking material........if you disagree tell me what is so bad about the Head and R N Roll and what is so great about Girls? Have a good listen.
