i think the original "Superstar" was about his quest for rock-stardom, and this song is the follow up, about him actually making it. although, this song kinda takes place midway, he doesnt say he IS a star, he says he's "a superstar in the making". do i smell a superstar III?

lol same here. the first time I heard Josey say that I immediatly started to think of that P.O.D. song. That and the guitar/bass work in this bridge is kinda similar to P.O.D's bridge..I had to listen to both at once.

It gets me going!! Its an awesome song.. Pretty good for wanting to just go anywhere, not even caring where, and get there FAST!!

"No crying-ass bitching about my wife or girlfriend. Cause in my life I can't have either one." I'm guessing that means that, being a superstar, he doesn't have time for relationships....?

I love how he pokes fun at the P.O.D. song "Boom". Even though I love P.O.D., I think Saliva rocks harder and it made me laugh the first time I heard Josey say "BOOM, here comes the real motherfuckers from the South." Its great.
