| true dat circa, but the fact is that this band isnt saosin, they should have changed the name, now its some saftcore bullshit , that disgraces what anthony green did for this band, anthony named the band "small heart" aka Saosin, pat mcgrath made them rock with the drums on the first ep, and the rest is a disgrace | |

| First of all... if you don't like cove just stick to circa survive ... Also cove has an INCREDIBLE note range and makes up the most catchiest shit.... so i don't understand how people could like Green better... I'm not saying I don't like Anthony Green i just think Cove has allot more talent =) anyway back to the song: the song does say "why believe in nothing" which totally proves the point that... This song is about god... also because Cove is Mormon and he says in an interview that a lot of his lyrics are based off of his religion but because the other band members are not religious he makes sure that people could translate the lyrics into a non-religious meaning..... Anyway as a vocalist/lyric writer most lyrics are written so that people can relate to them in their own way... so no translation of lyrics is wrong... it's all just an opinion | |

| i guess this song could be about a relationship, but honestly i thought it wuz about god, he's telling someone important to him that he wont give up on them because they dont beleive in god and hes saying hes not gonna give up on getting her to beleive in god but he's asking god wut his body's worth and i beleive it really says why beleive in nothing at all, not i beleive in nothing at all, so he's asking why she beleives in nothing | |

| great song. i looked farther into the lyrics. the chorus is him asking someone (girl, friend, loved one) what does his presence mean to them? (what is my body worth) was there a price set to get them to move to the next level in their relationship? (was there a price set before) the person who is hearing the song (the person whom cove is speaking to) knows that he is ready to move onto the next level and arent doing anything about it. | |

| heh, heh. davidprevails: "Ect. ect. ect." The abbreviation etc stands for the Latin words et cetera, Et cetera is a Latin expression that means "and other things", or "and so on". It is taken directly from the Latin expression which literally means "and the rest (of such things)." Et means "and"; cetera (plural of ceterum/caeterum) means "the rest." It is also sometimes spelled et caetera or et cætera, and is often abbreviated to etc.. Archaic abbreviations, most commonly used in legislation, notations for mathematics or qualifications, include &/c., &c., and &ca.. The phrase et cetera is often used to represent the logical continuation of some sort of series of descriptions. For example, in the following expression... We will need a lot of fruit: apples, bananas, oranges, etc. ... the 'etc.' stands for 'and other types of fruit'. It is an error to say or write "and etc.," in which the word "and" would be redundant. This would translate as "and and the rest". Typically, the abbreviated versions should always be followed by a full stop (period), and it is customary—even in British English where the serial comma is typically not used—that "etc." always be preceded by a comma. Thus: A, B, C, etc. not: A, B, C etc It should be noted however that some publishing house styles (particularly in Britain) no longer require either the preceding comma or the following stop. In general, writers are advised to use the traditional style unless circumstances dictate otherwise. In some situations, an ellipsis ("…") can be a substitute for ", et cetera." when it is used at the end of a sentence, as in: We need a lot of fruit: apples, bananas, oranges... In lists of persons, et al. is used in place of etc. (an abbreviation of et alii, meaning "and others"). Less common is the use of et al. in lists of places (where it abbreviates et alibi, meaning "and elsewhere".) A common misspelling of the abbreviation is "ect."; a common mispronunciation is "ex cetera." - reference.com good job at the meaning though. -me. | |

| okay, Cove Reber lyrics are not "Childish." They are abstract and they are meant to get you thinking. Cove Reber's lyrics, for example "You Can Tell there Was An Accident Here Earlier" are very similar in that sense. This song is about Cove Reber asking himself "am i worthless?" "What is My Body Worth" is saying "do i deserve this?" honestly, thats just a guess... but usually when someone says what is my body worth, they are indecating self-abuse. | |

| o c mon i think its pretty obvious... its about being in a relationship in which the other person thought you were more than you really are and have their expectations set too high but its too late to dump them because you have so much invested in the relationship so he's just telling them "hey w/e you think im worth or if you think im here to change you ur wrong so deal with it" but thats just me | |

| Huh? Meh, the god thing could work. Honestly, I think it's about a relationship that isn't working out exactly like the guy planned. Maybe he just found out the girl only likes him for his body, nothing deeper. I don't know, but that's what I think. | |

| why is everyone freaking out about Cove and Anthony? Seriously. Saosin is one of my favorite bands but they have not even been around a decade, it's not like there so legendary. This band wasn't killed, it only had 2 albums and a couple EP's. You people act like it's the end of the world. btw. Very Good Song. Very Good lyrics. | |
